Privacy notice

Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors to this site and for anyone who writes to us.

Data we process

Browsing. The server hosting the site automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in its logs, for security and operation. The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools.

Tests and contact form. The values you enter in the tests and in the form stay in your browser: this site does not send or store them. They reach us only if you choose to email us the summary.

Email. If you write to us, we process your address and the data in your message to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.

Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts: your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your requests and carrying out pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); keeping the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the period required by law. Technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Recipients

Providers that help us run the site and email (hosting and email services, Register.it), appointed as processors, and advisors bound by professional secrecy. Data is not disclosed to the public.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@pekerman.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.
